She didn’t seem to comprehend the concept of bringing the drinks prior to the food if the food was delayed. Especially since we could not bring in our own water or juice.
I can understand it may have taken a bit longer but had to explain to her frankly that after the kids had 2 activities and running around for an hour we at least needed our drinks after asking 3 times politely. My husband communicated we would like the (included in the package) pizza and pop brought to the room 30-35 minutes prior to actually receiving it when staff told us she would only need 7-10 minutes to get the pizzas. She did not communicate anything about the 2 activities, the activities were chaperoned by another staff member and after she ignored my request for the room for the 5th time I had to ask for who I assume is the manager. The young lady (blonde with short hair with facial piercings) was allegedly assigned to help out party but she did not “help” with anything. We were welcomed (if you want to call it that) after being informed we could only enter the room 5 minutes prior (for our 7 year olds birthday). However, that all changed up one arrival. Do NOT book a party here.Īfter reserving a birthday party I felt the communication and follow up was relatively good.
The staff was incompetent, the service atrocious, the facility is aged and the party itself is an horrible value.
